The Route of Franca Whale
The whale season is one of the most important baby whale nurseries in the Atlantic. Last year a great number of individuals used the Brazilian coast to procreate and nursery the baby whales.
In the south, the route of the Franca Whale has its best period from July to September when the Franca whale comes close to the coast and the boat tours are not allowed to approximate in order to protect the animal. So, we have designed an easy trek much more a beach walk linking the beaches of the whale route and the whale watching points n the coast of Santa Catarina.
